Return Policy

CPAP /APAP / and BiPAP Machines

Cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. If you have a question about which machine is right for you, please contact us.

The Manufacturer’s Return policy for defective machines varies by manufacturer. Most of our manufacturers provide up to 2 years of manufacturer’s warranty for Machines. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by consumers. Please contact our customer care team at info@agilitymedical.com.au to get more information.

Masks and Mask Parts

AM has a 14-day return policy from the date items have been purchased. The return is only accepted if the item is in its original packaging and has not been opened. We do charge a 20% Restocking fee on returned unopened items. The customer is also responsible for shipping fees for returned items. The Manufacturer’s Return policy for defective masks, accessories, and parts varies by manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by consumers. Please contact our customer care team at info@agilitymedical.com.au to receive an RMA number before returning any items. Any packages without an RMA number will be refused.

Tubes, Humidifiers, Parts, Nebulizers, Batteries, Cleaners, and Accessories:

Cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final.

Purchases covered in full or partially by insurance cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

AM’s refund policy is as follows. We will issue a refund in the original form of payment or store credit. Purchases covered in full or partially by insurance will NOT be refunded. The refund credit issued will have the original shipping amount subtracted. We do not issue return shipping labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs of items back to our location in Suite 21, 2962 Logan Road Underwood QLD 4119 Australia. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT TO GET A RMA NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING BACK.

Warranty Policy

CPAP / APAP / BiLevel Devices come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If a device needs to be returned for repair/recall, please return the device to our office, and we will provide an RMA to the specific manufacturer. We handle the process of shipping and returning the devices to you.
