NDIS provider

From October 1, 2019, people with disabilities have been eligible to use their NDIS funding to purchase additional health supports, such as Constant Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines and consumables, as well as Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (BIPAP) machines and consumables.

As a registered NDIS provider, Agility Medical (AM) can help you obtain CPAP equipment and supplies using your NDIS plan. Typically, funding for CPAP machines is allocated under the “Assistive Technology” category and specifically allocated to “Ventilators,” and we can help you access this funding.

Your consumables budget can potentially cover the costs of CPAP components, such as filters and mask cushions.

We understand that many of our patients do not have sufficient funding allocated for CPAP equipment or have not allocated funding correctly. To help with this, we can provide written quotes that you can share with your NDIS manager. Our Sleep Specialists can review your needs and provide written prescriptions for the CPAP/APAP device and settings required. We will work with your NDIS representatives and provide necessary support. We aim to partner with you throughout the entire process to ensure a successful outcome. AM offers a range of ways to assist you in purchasing CPAP equipment and supplies with your NDIS plan.

Self Managed

For those who are self-managed and process their own NDIS-funded purchases, you can place your NDIS funding-approved order online and pay for your items using either credit card or PayPal. You can then submit a claim with the NDIS through your online portal

Plan Managed

If your payments are managed by a plan manager, please fill the form below or email us at info@agilitymedical.com.au with the contact details of your plan manager and the items you require. Our friendly team will assist you with your request. After receiving the requested information, we will send a copy of the invoice/order to your plan manager for processing. Once the payment is processed, we will dispatch your goods. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you require any assistance.

Agency Managed
